We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Rep & Dispatcher
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally, with a helpful, can-do attitude.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service calls, maintenance visits, and installation appointments using the company's scheduling/dispatch software.
- Coordinate daily with dispatchers and field technicians, keeping customers informed of arrival windows or delays.
- Gather accurate customer and equipment information and keep it current in the CRM/service management system.
- Follow up after service visits to confirm satisfaction and identify opportunities for maintenance plans or additional services.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy, resolving issues on the first call when possible and keeping accurate records of every interaction.
- Process payments, generate invoices, promote maintenance agreements and seasonal tune-ups, and support the office with general administrative tasks.
